I had a hiccup with my reservations. I called later in the night and Michael was able to help me and confirm all of my details on the spot and was very patient and professional about it. No doubt in my mind that the rest of the staff is like Michael too. Thank you so much!

I think the Historic vibe is not.my thing. Breakfast not very good. Parking is tough. Suites on 3rd floor are nice

Historic vibe is cool. We stayed 2 nights and had a regular room on night 1 and a suite on night 2. Would recommend the suite. Breakfast is pretty ordinary. Parking can be an issue. Downtown location can be noisy.

Conveniently located in downtown, very close to train station and lots of restaurants and touristy places. Hotel is well decorated but old - no AC/heating (temperature control) in room (had a standing fan). One woman in front desk was friendly and helpful while the other woman was snappy and rude.
