I know without a doubt that I left it out on the sill in the bathroom plain as day. I’m absolutely certain. When I called / returned back to the hotel to attempt to retrieve it, I was treated with a great deal of hostility, told my ring was not found, and then told to leave the premise since I no longer had a room there. After staying in Hilton properties for 15 years, I’m appalled at the disgusting treatment I received from Tofi at the front desk and deeply saddened that my ring is gone. The hallway carpets were also dirty and the hot tub jets were broken. I would never stay here again.

I made reservations for 1 whole week at the Hampton Inn at the Anchorage location. We drove all the way from Arkansas to Seattle and then took a plane from Seattle to Anchorage. We arrived at the hotel in the late evening and were exhausted from the trip. The lady at the front desk was very rude, disrespectful, angry, and very unpleasant. Her attitude was horrible. She let me know right away that they have a pet policy where the dogs cant weigh 40 lbs or more for each pet. I told her that ive never had problems before with my dogs weight staying at Hampton Inns in the lower 48 and she said well we are different than the lower 48 and she was very snotty about it. After pleading with her she went to ask the manager and then she came back and said it was ok but very rude and angry about it. We were exhausted so we stayed one night and I went to talk to the night manager about it and she started justifying and making excuses for the worker that checked me in. The next day I checked out and took an over $1000 dollar loss. I made reservations with another Hilton hotel with no pet weight restrictions and they were very friendly, nice, excellent customer service, and the hotel is very clean and has a positive atmosphere. Home2Suites is far way better in every way compared to the Hampton Inn in Anchorage.
