    This is our worst stay at any hilton. Our room was disgusting. Its smelled bad. There was a yellow residue running down the bedroom door. Human hair on the bed. The heater was broken and kept cycling cold and hot all night. There was peoples stuff and filth under the beds. We will not return.

    Not worth the visit. Skip this hotel. Hotel is okay but you are much better staying at a Marriott brand or other brand where franchise control of properties is regulated better. I was charged a deposit on check-in and it was not returned. I contacted the front desk, explained over-and-over again, that the refundable deposit is to be returned. No follow-up and they refused to return something refundable. Avoid this property at all costs.

    Do not book with this hotel via hotels.com. I cancel my reservation through hotels.com but because I did not call the specific hotel they charged me anyway and said it was nonrefundable because I was a no-show after I purchased insurance so this would not happen. I called the hotel. The front desk lady was very short and rude.. Never again lesson learn.

    A few hours after I checked out, I realized I left a precious ring of mine in the bathroom. I know without a doubt that I left it out on the sill in the bathroom plain as day. I’m absolutely certain. When I called / returned back to the hotel to attempt to retrieve it, I was treated with a great deal of hostility, told my ring was not found, and then told to leave the premise since I no longer had a room there. After staying in Hilton properties for 15 years, I’m appalled at the disgusting treatment I received from Tofi at the front desk and deeply saddened that my ring is gone. The hallway carpets were also dirty and the hot tub jets were broken. I would never stay here again.
