Room was filthy and had bugs in room. Pool was overcrowded and over chlorinated. Would not wish my enemies to stay here. Save yourself some money as a hostel is better than this.

Their credit card policies for check-in and check-out are confusing and inconsistent—every time I asked for clarification, I was told a different story at the front desk. When we checked in at 3:50, we were told the room was not ready and had to wait an hour. The room itself was poorly maintained: the bedding had holes, the furniture was covered in dust, and when I requested fresh towels, I was given just one and none of the dirty ones were taken away. Between the lack of cleanliness and the unhelpful staff, I left far from impressed.
