Breakfast is fantastic with lots of options every day. The pool and gym are easy to access and the seating areas around the foyer are comfy and welcoming. We've enjoyed playing games from the game cupboard and lounging downstairs in the evenings. Good location to get out to enjoy all that Edmonton has to offer!

We came when it was the coldest day of the year and Kits (manager) and a maintenance person came out in the cold to help us with our bus issues. He accommodated our mix-ups with rooms and schedules and was so kind to us. The lobby had lots of cozy seating nooks and a pool table! We will stay here again.

Other workers also very helpful. I asked for 2 more pillows and within 5 minutes they were brought to my room. Would recommend staying here.

Very poor customer service the fact that this is a hotel accommodation. Cold coffee in the lobby . No microwave in the room. No coffee maker in the room. It’s too bad they closed the gym at 11am, there are some people who prefer to exercise after 11pm . No hot tubs . Not coming here at all !!!! Very poor service and location - this is Windermere tru by Hilton location ! It’s very disappointing!!!!
