If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most infuriating and unnecessary experiences I have ever had with a hotel.
We parked in the shared lot to visit Golf360 next door. The curb we parked at had absolutely zero signage or markings. Nothing indicating it was restricted. As you can clearly see from the lot layout, the hotel and Golf360 share one continuous parking area with no visual separation at all. There was no reasonable way to know that one random, unmarked curb was considered off-limits. The lot was completely empty except for a few vehicles, and we were there for only two hours in the afternoon, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, for a round of virtual golf with my father-in-law who flew in from Montreal. We genuinely had no idea we were not allowed to park there.
Despite the lack of signage, the shared nature of the lot, and the fact that it was nearly empty, the hotel manager decided to have our vehicle towed. We ended up paying $414 to get it back. It felt completely spiteful. No reasonable or decent person would make that choice in this situation.
When we confronted him, he claimed we had been parked there since the morning, which was a bold-faced lie. Completely unbelievable and appalling behaviour from someone in hospitality. The manager should honestly be ashamed.
This was not about rules. It was petty, unnecessary, and shows a complete lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic human decency. I am disgusted. If this is how management chooses to treat people, avoid this place at all costs.

I stay at this property 13 days a month for work I book from Friday until Monday every week. Even though I don’t stay there Friday. I work out of town and drive there after work and arrive Saturday morning and need a place to sleep right away when I get there. So I pay for a night there that I don’t even use once a week. I ask for a late checkout for mondays as Sunday nights I have phone calls and video calls to make until 6am. And try n get a little sleep before I have to drive back out of town and go straight to work for Monday nights. They told me they could do 12 and I asked for 1230 after explaining my situation and they agreed to it. At 11:00am on the dot. Not a minute after. It was like they were waiting outside my door. Bang bang bang! On the door waking me up and telling me I have to be out. I tell them I have a late checkout if they could check with them first and I have the do not disturb sign up. I go back to lay down trying to squeeze a little bit sleep of wait limited time I got left. 11:13! The phone starts ringing. Front desk now asking me if I’m checking out today. And I again explain to them. So at this point. My sleep is ruined. I try and lay there and just rest my body for my upcoming long day and night atleast. A few minutes after 12. Beating on the door again. This time louder and angrier. And telling me after 1130 they charge me another night. I’m just like wow. Ok give me 5-10 min and I’ll be out. Just a note of mention as well. The day before. I asked for towels at 10:40am. And then again at a bit after noon I found a cleaning lady. I finally got them sent to my room after 3. So no hurry to get there for me while I’m a guest but a huge hurry to get me out of the property on a Monday morning in. An empty parking lot. Also it says they have a swimming pool which you can’t use on weekends as they classes for kids going on all day. So that isn’t an option I’ll be giving my money to another property from here on out for half a month every month as the treatment for someone who spends as much money there as I do. Is just disgraceful.

The building itself is very nice. Great design and layout, the cool common area in the lobby is great. However, the pool is small and no hot tub, the breakfast was really lacking. Tasted kinda old and stale and very few options, although the lobby 24/7 coffee is great. The room itself was good except the TV wasn't working properly which strikes me as odd since they loved to advertise their tv size. The channels didn't line up so the channel you selected didn't even appear and the overall tv channel selection was lacking. Ok stay

I’d like to first start off by expressing my complete disgust with the unprofessionalism from the staff at this hotel. I stayed in this hotel twice in the month of October as an overnight stay between travelling with 2 toddlers and my husband. I booked for its convenience to Anthony Henday. Our first experience, we felt as though we were an inconvenience by going to the front desk to check in. The general manager was feeling frustrated as he tried to check us in but proceeded to tell us the system was down. The rooms are very basic and no noise barriers (carpet).
Our second stay was supposed to be tonight. We had an emergency visit to the dealership in Edmonton and had no choice but to check in to a hotel while we waited for our vehicle. I called a day in advance to book a room, which took 25+ mins to book, I requested to check in early and was okay paying the additional cost. I also ended the call requesting a playpen for my 2 year old which was no problem. We arrived at the hotel at 11am for our early check in, the staff at the front desk was very rude stating that the information in the reservation was all incorrect including my first name. She interrogating me until I showed her the email confirmation. I asked her about a playpen, and her response was “you have two queen beds, why would you like a playpen?”…. Then proceeded to tell me it was an additional $25 charge for a playpen. I declined it and we went up to our room. My family has been on the road for 6 days, all we wanted was some rest and for the kids to catch up on their sleep. My husband was downstairs doing some work in his laptop and saw first hand the lady that checked us in, browsing social media for the 3 hours he was there and being short with other guests.
Around 6pm, I received a call in our room from front desk (new staff) and she asked me if everything was okay and that the room below us has asked my kids to keep it down. First of all, if you’re going to put laminate flooring down in your rooms, add some rugs to protect from noise. Kids are going to be kids, in no way were they being unruly or loud. If she was professional about it, she could have come to my door to check in instead of telling me my toddlers are making too much noise. We packed up our stuff and left, we asked to speak with the general manager but he was unavailable. We will not be staying here again. Especially guests with kids, STAY AWAY!
