The lobby has been recently under renovation, so it is a bit messy welcoming 😕 Breakfast was OK, with rather wide choices of food.

But oh, they are perfectly capable of sending me 3 emails to fill in a survey! Nothing in junk or trash either. So I've made 4 phone calls, left 2 messages and now I've hung up after being on hold for 10+ minutes with someone at a call centre who I can barely hear for all the background noise. They didn't even take my details, just stuck me on hold. (3) Why was I charged an extra $25 when I checked in? Maybe there are more details on the receipt I've never received. (4) I can't get anyone at the physical hotel to pick up the damn phone! How busy could you be on a Tuesday afternoon?
