Natasha was always quick to respond to our questions, which made the whole process so much easier. Rajesh and the kitchen staff served amazing food, from the tasting all the way to the actual reception, and the service was friendly and attentive to us and our guests. All the staff went above and beyond our expectations — everyone was warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Special thanks to Raj, the F&B Manager, Sam, and all the bar staff who served during the wedding reception on October 10, 2025. The bar team was attentive, friendly, and made sure our needs were met throughout the event. The only concern is with security — anyone can access the elevator without a key card, which could be improved for guests’ safety. The elevator also feels a bit jumpy and dated, so an upgrade would make the stay even better. Overall, a great experience thanks to the exceptional staff and service!
