- MMmohadese mohammadi6 days ago1.0I stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We were unable to sleep the entire night because of the extremely loud noise coming from the room next to us. We called the front desk twice, but the issue was not resolved. My children were also awake the whole night, and instead of resting, we had to deal with constant noise. The quality of the beds was also very poor and uncomfortable, which made the night even worse. The next day, we were exhausted and not feeling well, yet we still had to drive back to Calgary, which made the experience even more stressful. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Breakfast was delicious, and our kids loved the pool. The gym is new, clean, and well-equipped. You can tell the team here really cares about their guests. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Edmonton!
