- EREmily RJan 1, 20265.0Booked here at 3am after my previous hotel was evacuated. Staff was absolutely amazing super friendly and happy to help on new years even. Let us in once we got here and made the booking as fast as possible to let us get to bed. We booked another night this morning as we were too tired to do it thé night we came. Staff was still just as kind and quick as they were before room is clean and comfy beautiful bathroom pool area is great. HUGE shout out to the older woman who was working new years night at 3am that got us through. We will forever be greatful for her. Overall we will be booking here for our next stay in Edmonton

A simple request for a shower towel took over an hour, and when I followed up, the response was confrontational with no apology. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned for two days. Overall, the level of service was unacceptable and well below Hampton Inn standards.

The breakfast was great & the staff member working was super helpful. Sadly the pool was down for maintenance which is fine, we totally understand it was just the timing. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that I forgot items in the fridge & they were apparently tossed out within a few hours of our checkout. It shocked me that was the common practice of the hotel, especially with the cost of things these days, I would wish they had at least a 24 hour time on unopened items. Leftover food i understand, but this seems incredibly wasteful.

- EPEndeavor PhysiotherapyNov 23, 20251.0Edit: while Hampton Inn commented on this review they did not actually respond when I reached out. Very poor customer service. Staff allow 8-12 year old hockey teams to run and scream in the hallway to well past midnight while their parents get drunk and ignore them in the lounge. We spoke with some kids, some parents, the front desk numerous times, and even the hotel's text line to prep for the second (Saturday) night. Yet the door knocking, slamming, and running and screaming continued. I understand staff probably don't feel that their wage justifies dealing these abhorrent parents, but the hotel has to do something about this. The pool was also over run with unparented, loud, obnoxious kids. Do not stay here if you want anything resembling a decent sleep.
