As a long-time Hilton Honors member, this was by far the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever had. When we arrived, the front desk staff didn’t greet us or make eye contact — instead, they gave us an odd, uncomfortable look as we slowly approached. No “welcome,” no smile, nothing.
We booked a King room with a pullout couch, but there were no extra pillows or blankets provided for the pullout. When I asked for some, it felt like I was inconveniencing them — the attitude was unbelievable. There were also notes and signs all over the room about charges and rules — it came across as stingy and unwelcoming.
The next morning, while serving myself breakfast, the lady managing the eggs tray actually told me to “move” in a rude tone. A simple “excuse me” would have been fine — especially considering I’m pregnant.
For a $210 per night stay, there were zero Hilton member benefits acknowledged or offered. The entire experience felt cold, dismissive, and completely out of touch with the Hilton standard.
This location needs serious retraining in hospitality and basic customer service. Absolutely not worth the price — I would never stay here again.
0/5 stars!

Ruffa and Jess were so professional and very friendly. I love how the staff welcomed us. The idea of having a coffee and tea is one of the best. If you ever forgot to pack toothpaste, comb or toothbrush they happy to provide that for you. Room is so clean and spacious. The only problem is I can hear footsteps from the third floor.
