    I only booked the hotel for two nights but had to check out early due to a family emergency. Despite speaking with the manager, I was still charged for the unused night. The manager showed no empathy, claiming it was because I booked at a special rate. His lack of good customer service left me feeling irritated and annoyed, especially given his condescending tone. Things got worse when two guests, including myself, got stuck inside the elevator after the power was cut without any prior notice. When we finally got out, there was no apology from the hotel staff. The room I was assigned was next to the mechanical room, where I was kept awake by banging from the wall during the night. Additionally. the breakfast area was rather unpleasant, with trash right beside the food and coffee tables.

    My reservation was screwed up by HTG and I was charged for a night that I wasn't there and then I was forced to pay for an extra night. The hotel directed me to HTG and HTG directed me to the hotel no one was willing to help me.

    The rooms are ok. They are undergoing renovations right now and don't note that anywhere on the booking apps. The hot tub was shut down, which was disappointing. There was a party in one of the event rooms that was shaking our room on the third floor until after 10. They didn't tell us about this or offer to move our room after we complained. Pillows are comfortable. Room is quite large and bed was comfy. Breakfast is basic continental.
