- RWRita WelieverSep 22, 20251.0Last Friday Sept 19th, my granddaughter lost her phone at the Eastridge mall. After checking different stores there we hurried to this Verizon store. We got there at 7:05. We realized that store closed at 7:00. She got to the door and knocked. There was a gentleman in there and lights were still on. She yelled in She had lost her phone and just had questions. He looked at her, shook his head no, switched the lights off turned his back on her and walked away. There were others in that parking lot before us that he wouldn't let in prior to us arriving. Extremely poor customer service. I actually thought Verizon was better than that! As I've told people about this many are talking about changing providers.
