  Expensive! Service is ok. Just have internet and streaming. Streaming app sucks. Glitches and freezes. Constantly having to reset my modem and TV to get the app to work properly. To be honest just go for starlink to save yourself some hassle. Company sucks.

  First thing is in the less that 3 months I have had the service it has been out almost every other day due to “improvements”. There was a short few days when the maintenance was supposedly finished and I can say confidently my service and speeds did not change. I know that this next portion does not reflect the store, but their customer service is terrible. The automatic system does not respond to any input most of the time and if you are currently having a problem with your Internet it will kick you out. I have never tried to work with a worse company with suck terrible customer service before.

  We are new to Morgantown WV, and we tried another WiFi company. We had horrible coverage in the house so we cancelled that contract and contacted Chelsy Maxwell at Xfinity in the Pierpont center. Chelsy was so very professional. She provided quick and professional service. All the services she placed for us, we received flawlessly. All scheduled appointments we kept exactly as they were scheduled. Our service at home is now so fast. The fastest Internet we have ever received. Thank you Chelsy

  Do not waste your money on this, I’ve had them and I would not pay two dollars a month for them. There’s constantly an issue whether it’s an outage or stuff not connecting. I have to unplug my TV numerous times for it to even work. I’m switching to their competitor very shortly. I ended up getting the Internet essentials at a time where I was having it very hard and in school and looking after a parent with TBI brain injury. I’d rather pay $100 a month and have something work than this junk. And I repeat, do not waste your money on this god-awful service.

  This place usually has a line line out the door. I went l 3 times before actually going inside because there was such long lines. However when I did go in all I needed was a remote and one of the male staff grabbed 2 options, I told him which one I needed and he gave it to me and i was out the door. There less than 3 minutes!
