- CCcharro888Dec 17, 20252.0I signed up for the $85 deal for 5 year plan. The computer stopped it from being accepted but I was never noticed. It took 2 days and 3 unfriendly people to correct it. Then they told me my modem needed to be replaced. Took me 3 days to install by Xfinity tech phone service when it should have been just scanning a bar code. They never told me to return my old modem and now I am getting charged for it so have to explain that I recycled it since they said I needed a new one. Just the mention of Comcast/ Xfinity raises my blood pressure! Unfriendly and unknowledgeable at the store… always tell me to do Xfinity chat or call tech services. All they deal with is signing people up for plans.Period.

The company seems to have their processes in order. Three stars because the chubby short middle-aged lady that assisted me was sarcastic and confrontational for absolutely no reason at all for something so simple and easy. Corporate should fire her.

Outages on this network have been going on for days, I work from home relying on an internet connection to do my work, every outage costs me more money and the automated phone service is garbage!! Get it fixed ASAP or you will be losing a customer!

There was a short few days when the maintenance was supposedly finished and I can say confidently my service and speeds did not change. I know that this next portion does not reflect the store, but their customer service is terrible. The automatic system does not respond to any input most of the time and if you are currently having a problem with your Internet it will kick you out. I have never tried to work with a worse company with suck terrible customer service before.
