- COCarmen OrtizDec 15, 20251.0If I can give 0 or lower service I would, worst service ever, I moved from Florida spectrum cable and internet and here is this crappy service after waiting almost 2 weeks to have a technician to install internet and cable the guy just dropped the router and nothing else for the cable, here we are paying for a service we don’t have no cable, I called and they don’t have any human to help finally I have someone supposed to send a technician from 12:30 to 2:30 pm I’m waiting nobody showed up I called again and they said appointment is at 4 to 6 pm still nobody called to say they changed the time, only apologized but no one is fixing the problem now my tv screen is frozen in Roku and I can’t get it back so I can’t even use YouTube or anything. Paying for a freaking service and not getting anything and a bunch of people saying sorry but in the middle time still charging me for a service I don’t even have. What a joke with this company a bunch of incompetent people and service. Canceling my service if this issue is not solve today. They taking advantage because they are the only ones giving service monopolizing the market but I prefer to go with satellite if they don’t solve this problem.

Someone messed up when setting up the account though and now we are being over charged by nearly $130 every month. We have been trying to get it resolved and everytime we go in, We are told only a manager can help and that they are never in for some reason. A couple employees have given me their cell number to text for updates and then they ghost me when I text. We've never had a problem with their internet service but if they try to convince you to join their mobile plan, DO NOT!!!. They will scam you!

After 6 days of going back any forth to the Martinsburg West Virginia store and spending several hours on the phone trying to speak to a human I finally gave up and hired a professional to solve my problems. After 16 hours of trying to contact someone he finally called his partner. The information xfinity was giving him was useless. Fortunately his partner worked for an internet company for years and figured out the problem. Xfinity doesn't have any live support So after spending 630 dollars trying to hookup my new and improved router I still couldn't use the new and improved router so he suggested to continue using the old router I wish I could find another company near me. I can easily see why these reviews suck for xfinity
