There was literally a worker in there with their stomach hanging out of the bottom of their shirt. They also couldn’t help me and didn’t care to. Avoid this store.
- HGHeather GillNov 4, 20254.0I had 2 come in 2 pick up my "getting started kit" for home Internet, apparently they tried sending it 2 me thru the mail but they couldn't find my address, which I didn't know anything about until I called in asking where my kit was that I was approved for on 10/24/25.... Today is 11/4/25. I'm a little disappointed that I had no idea about any of this, had I not called today wondering where my kit was I wouldn't have known anything.... But that wasn't this stores fault at all. N when I walked in I was actually helped very quickly, he gave me my stuff n I was out the door within 5 minutes. Kinda sucks I had 2 drive 40 minutes from my house but at least I got it n can go home hook up my Internet n get started!

- ACAngela COct 21, 20251.0Customer service is trash!! Upon arrival after being signed in, I was asked for my ID. The associate never returned my ID to me. I went back twice to try and retrieve it. I was told the associate was off and couldn't be contacted. That's a brush off!! What business doesn't have contact information of their employees. What was the purpose of the sign in procedure? These people are terrible Customer service representatives. I had to pay for another ID, after my second time going into the store and getting the same response I'm done with them. Management is bad as well. If there was an alternative service in my area and if I didn't work from home, Xfinity would definitely be my last choice for internet service!
