I drove almost 2 hours to pickup my equipment after being told it would be there and when I walk in the guy was just relaxing in a chair. I said I’m here to pickup my order, he was like, Yeah we don’t have the kind u ordered. Didn’t even stand up or look me up on the computer. Gave maybe 3% effort. The other two I didn’t even get the chance to talk to them. The guy I talked to was a bigger African American. He either needs to be fired or someone needs to make him to do his job. At least try and help the customer out. The fact he says he knows my order he could have called before I drove two hours. Also I had to sit on hold for another hour to just get ahold of customer service to get my stuff sent to my place instead. So far it’s not looking good.

And after speaking with them I ended up getting 300mbps internet service, a free mobile phone line unlimited everything for a year equipment and all for just $40.90 a month! Wow 👌 that's what I'm talking about...great deal with excellent customer support!👏 Thanks Xfinity for saving me money and came out with better service! @B.Stuart
