- GYGreg YoungNov 13, 20241.0Another horrible experience with Verizon. We went in to set ourselves up for overseas cell service while we traveled in Greece. When we got there, the service, we paid for, was not connected and we spent the whole trip without cell phone service and its services. Seeing as there is an eight hour time difference, it was difficult for us to connect with customer service. We finally were able to contact customer service and they had us upgrade our phones which took an hour for both phones-till nothing worked. The service rep said she would call us back Before midnight as we had to be up at 5 AM. She did not return the call until almost 1 AM and said that she was in a meeting.

At 1215 we were told we were 3rd in line. But shouldn’t be too long. At 1220 we were told we were next in line. Now it’s 1246 and we haven’t come up next yet. Why even have appointments if it’s going to be an hour later. Ridiculous. For the record we’ve seen at least 6 employees and they’re hasn’t been more than 5 customers at one time. They go in the back and disappear.
