The associates were incredibly rude and one flat out walked away. They refused to give him the order even though he had card used and confirmation email. Not only that, they refused to cancel or refund the order. The emails directions clearly state what's needed to pick it up and he had everything required. The associates were just being difficult and argumentative. Great customer service for someone just trying to make a purchase!
