Not enough places to sit down while you wait. The chairs that they do have are the most uncomfortable seats that I have ever sat on! Associates are constantly walking into the back of the store! What are they doing back there? Also, if you are not technically savvy and know how to "check in", you'll never be helped. How can a new customer get helped if they are unable to check in? The most terrible customer service that I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing! Associates walk around with a "holier than thou" attitude! Phones, accessories, and cellular service all cost a fortune! Activation fees, device fees, service fees-they nickel and dime you to death!

We were greeted with a smile, and by the time we left. Most of everything was set up. Again they were VERY busy, and yet the staff was AMAZING with everyone.
