Went in to do an early upgrade. My account stated I could return my old one and get the remaining balance waived. Gavin seemed to try anything and everything to make it seem like I couldn't upgrade due to a slight surface scratch on the back of the phone. He stated that if it was sent in, they would send it back and charge me the remaining balance, so I should just pay off the remainder before upgrading. What's the difference if I pay it now, or if they send it back and I pay for it at a later date? Its because it would also come back on them? Never heard of that. So while I sat there pushing for a new phone, I did my research and found the fine print that said the phone had to be in good working condition which it was. Amber was the one who initially helped me and made the switch of phones. I'm not sure if she was new, but she had to go ask Gavin how to do things several times. Process seemed rushed and customer service was not there, besides Amber going to grab my daughter a napkin to wipe her mouth which was appreciated. It honestly seemed as if neither of them wanted to perform a transaction with me or want my business. Gavin seemed to have a sour demeanor in general about everything he did, including talking down on Amber right in front of me. Definitely shouldn't be in customer service. Since it was a corporate store, I would expect much better service and also selection of phones. I wanted a 256 iphone 16 and they ONE iPhone 16 that was smaller capacity. Shouldn't you be ready to sell? Gavin said it had to be special ordered. This entire experience was poor.

Tyler just finished working magic for my family and I. Between him and Briley, we received a 10 Star rating customer service but we can only give 5 on here. They were very personable and interactive with my family. One of my kids lives in a different state and they made upgrading her phone absolutely painless! We definitely found our new location for service! We went in for just one upgrade, but walked out with new devices for everyone, and a cheaper bill. They are upfront which is what made us upgrade everyone. Super happy! 5 phones and upgrade internet.

I switched from T-Mobile iPhone 13 to Verizon Samsung Flip 6, and it was the best thing I have ever done! Elise was the one who helped me, and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was back and forth on switching carriers and, obviously, going from iPhone to Android because it's such a big change. Elise was wonderful; she guided me through everything, explained everything I needed to know, and showed me everything very nicely. She also ended up giving me a discount, which was very sweet of her, and she really wanted to make sure I enjoyed the phone and my experience, and I really did! She's amazing and really great at her job! Thank you, Elise. I love my phone and Verizon. I'm glad I made this decision!
