You bring up a concern, such as charges that you shouldn’t have received, and they’ll keep changing the subject and try to collect the money anyway. They do not honor payment arrangements that you make with them. My service was interrupted multiple times despite having a payment arrangement on record with them, and was charged “reactivation fees” even though the fault was on their end. Internet is constantly down, and they blame it on maintenance so that it’s impossible to receive a credit. There has to be better options out there.
