- JEJ ESep 14, 20241.0Worst carrier ever had, I would encourage everyone to look anywhere else for better service and customer care. * In response to Owner comments, I did reach out, It’s the worst customer service I have ever experienced, Two CSR Ladies were arguing back and forth, even using a few words that were inappropriate. And they came to the conclusion that I was not eligible to get back with Verizon for another few weeks because I didn’t meet the requirements for new customer. Good bye Verizon you have had shot and failed.

I was told the day before I drove over an hour that the headquarters should take care of my phone for a manufactured defect by tech support. They wouldn’t even help me. Made me do an insurance claim and mailing me a phone! What good is a headquarters if they just make you do insurance claims on your phone!
