I was greeted by at least three people and when I asked for clarity on an online deal, I received the best customer service from Josh who was not only a consummate expert, but honored my military service when he didn't have to. The standard Verizon call number was almost utterly useless, but the in-store service from Josh broke down my applicable deals, cost changes for my upgraded plan, and helped dispel the frustration about what trade in offers were available (and the difference between them) so I could make an educated and transparent decision. I'll never use online deals again when I know this store and Josh are here locally. Period!
