    Biggest mistake, they can’t even activate a stupid Apple Watch, switched from Verizon. They made us to wait 8 days for their own ticket system to reset to activate an Apple watch that bought as a Christmas gift and still cannot have a result. They cannot even communicate with their own Customer Service to activate a watch. Just don’t bring your business here, pay your extra $20 and continue with ATT or Verizon.

    My customer service experience today at my local xfinity store was exceptional! Day after Christmas, they were busy and I didn't have an appointment. Greeted at the door by a friendly rep who asked if I had an appointment then took my name when I advised I didn't. Less than 10 minutes I had a female representative that was awesome. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Replaced my cable box that failed after a power outage. Thanks to her, she made my day!

    I have been getting emails from xfinity saying that I have exceeded my limit of internet traffic and they were going to start billing me additional fees for usage this month. I called the company to see what my options were and I was told that my plan was no longer available and I had to change plans today. The equivalent plan was going to be 2.5 times the monthly cost. I had some promotional discounts due to having their mobile services that still had a few months left on them and they were going to be removed with this change but if I stayed one the line, they would connect me to the mobile department who would reinstate them. unfortunately, the person on the phone was not able to modify the mobile portion of the contract. I got connected to the mobile rep who informed me that she would not be able to reapply the remainder of my promotional package and there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak with a manager as I felt I was like to and mislead. She started to respond and halfway through her sentence, she hung up on me. Typical customer service from xfinity. Nothing but bait and switch followed by additional lies and cowardly customer service. If they were not the only option where I am, I would not use them. Their actual service is good about 85% of the time which I think is a failure as well. Customer service is good 15% of the time. I guess they figure if they add poor service performance + abysmal customer service, they are close to 100% satisfaction and that is good enough for them. I guess they at least answered the phone - after 7 minutes of fighting their automated misdirection service.

    My wife and I own a successful safety business here in southwest Washington. Our principle phone system in our business and made it where our customers couldn’t get in touch with us. We took our phones to several phone companies to get them adjusted, Those companies could care less. We finally took them to a professional company and the manager met us at the door. At How do you spell Xfinity. A true professional I Isaiah he wasted no time asking what we needed. He worked for more than a hour on getting them functional. He’s my wife’s hero and appreciate his professionalism and work ethic.
