Pretty frustrating to then have the tech show up and have to replace the modem again. Still had issues took over 3 hours of troubleshooting and a trip to the store that was pointless.

Long story short, the employee was friendly, but HIGHLY INCOMPETENT AND TOLD ME MISINFORMATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN. So much so that I’ve now spent over 4 hours at this store and am still needing to fix issues. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They have no idea what they are doing!!!!!!!!
