    CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. I've been a customer for 15yrs and they keep fluctuating my bill; they say because of taxes. But why are the taxes changing each month? Going up about $12 each month. Also im supposed to have got free peacock premium for 2yrs but they can't seem to get it to work. Comcast says I need a contact peacock.Peacock says, I need a contact comcast.I've jumped through all these hoops for over a year and still nothing Between coming into this store, chatting on the app and calling customer service I've contacted them 13 times to get this resolved. And comcast, cannot credit me anything for this back And forth on their end, not even their basic $20 customer satisfaction. Associates here seem to not really want to solve a problem, just get you out the door. You're better off getting different streaming services for less than what they charge for a cable and internet. Im contacting the better business bureau and I plan to cancel my service by the end of the year if they dont credit my account for a years worth of peacock I personally had to pay for. I'll post an update.

    🤬Extremely disappointing experience with🤬 this store. I placed an order for a specific device and was given a confirmed delivery date—not once, but multiple times. Every time I followed up, I received a new promise with no real action behind it. I’ve been waiting for over a month, and eventually discovered that the shipment was never even sent out. They even gave me an Apple Watch as compensation for the first delay, yet the exact same issue happened again with zero improvement. The lack of communication, transparency, and accountability is unacceptable. Every visit and every call felt like wasted time with no real solutions. I do NOT recommend this store for any device orders or anything that involves promised delivery dates. If upper management is reading this, I hope this issue is taken seriously because this was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had.

    Lilliana helped me out, and she is the sweetest girl! She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely patient when selling me a phone (as well as a new watch for the hubby, haha). She keeps this store going!!!

    I was that person you dread coming in 5 minutes before closing. I asked how long it would take to swap out a router and the guy told me 2 minutes. I was out in that exact time. He was also able to scan in another router I needed to return in that amount of time too. 100% for flexibility! He could have told me we’re literally closing in 5 minutes come back tomorrow but still assisted me. I was able to submit my online assignments on time due to having access to a working router thanks to this employee!
