My eSIM accidentally got deleted from my iPhone. I went to this store to see if someone can help fix the problem, saw two people, no one helped me fix the problem. Now I can’t use my phone. So frustrating Service.

I had asked about availability of the recent past series of iPhones and was told no one had the Iphone16pro locally. I went online and immediately found multiple nearby locations with the product in stock.

“In my opinion, this is a very bad store. I felt misled, when I asked questions, they said everything was great and convenient, but later it turned out not to be true. In my experience, they are not honest, and I don’t think it’s worth dealing with them.”

I would give less than one star if I could, but unfortunately, I have to give a star in order to write a review. I spent $1500 on buying a new phone, which of course then needed a new phone case and a new charging block because everything gets “upgraded“ as the phones do… As we all know. Just another way to scam us out of every penny that they can. I was then told that it would be a simple set up once I get home otherwise they would have to charge me another $35 on top of that to help me transfer my phone. I let them know very clearly that I don’t live anywhere near the store and so that I really truly hope that it will be rasy because I already have to come back in to trade in my old phone, since they won’t transfer it without a fee. Well, needless to say it wouldn’t update at home. I tried everything I could including getting on the phone with Verizon customer support the next day because they’re closed in the evenings. However, Verizon customer service said that they couldn’t help me and I would have to drive all the way back into the store I purchased it from. Of course they don’t open until 10 AM so not only am I going an hour out of my way but that now puts me three hours behind schedule of where I was supposed to be that day. Upon getting there they were able to activate my phone in second saying that it must’ve been my home Wi-Fi that’s messed up because it activated instantly on theirs. That’s when I Let them acknowledged them to the fact that I use Verizon home Wi-Fi so it still is Verizons fault and not my own. So then I asked to change my phone pin to which the representative then locked me out of my old phone, not allowing me to update my pin and now setting me back another hour because my phone won’t unlock for another hour. She then had the audacity to blame Apple. Saying that because I have security on my phone Apple locked me out of it. No, you locked me out of it. Apple doesn’t just lock you out without you pushing buttons you’re not supposed to.So then I said forget it I’ll just not change my pin right now and give you my old phone to trade in while I’m here to which I was told well now we can’t get into your phone so you can’t trade it in. It has to be reactivated on your home Wi-Fi. (Oh, you mean the Verizon home Wi-Fi that I have that you pretty much called crappy before you knew it was Verizon that wouldn’t do its job in the first place?) Which means you have to leave again and come back again… but they don’t really care about that inconvenience because they already got my money pretty much. so now I will have to go to the store a third time on another day completely out of my way at my own expense of time, gas, money, and emotion because this was supposed to be an “easy process“ and is everybody else’s fault but theirs. I would never ever shop at this retailer again, and I don’t know why I continue this one-sided relationship with Verizon. I’ve been with Verizon for 23 years and spend $250 a month and then buy a new phone at $1500 and still get garbage service. It’s just all one big scam.
