They lie straight to your face, steal money from your account, charge you multiple times in the same month for the same phone, and then refuse to return it. They block access to your account and pretend they know nothing. This is pure fraud, deception, and complete disrespect for customers. Liars and scammers. I strongly warn anyone: stay away from this company if you value your money and your peace of mind!

Went to the corporate store out by mall twice and they couldn’t do it. This company is a mess. We will try once more then get legal involved.
- MDMr DavisDec 1, 20231.0I broke my iPhone 13 Pro Max back on July 4th 2023 and had to get a new phone so I went to this Verizon location.These guys couldn’t do their job and I had to work with 4 different people(Ray,Esra ,Kris) and I had to go in about 6-7 different times and wait around hours awhile other customers were being taken care of. The whole process to get my new iPhone 14 pro max was incredible ridiculous and so so unprofessional man. At one point I was supposed to meet the regional manager of the store to Shaun and sort it all out but the the guy no showed on me and never even texted or call me to let me know! Super professional right? Lol At one point they gave me the first iPhone 14 Pro Max I ordered knowing it did not have a DP # on it. Eventually I had to return the phone back and restart the whole process again!! I went a month without a phone. I don’t recommend coming here! Their employees definitely need better training too, expect for one kid there I think he’s name is Logan!
