Unless you take the time out of your day to call them and try to negotiate and get things out of them you're always going to pay more. They're constantly scamming and saying that it's taxes and fees. I'm also paying for the 1 TB of internet service at my place. It's terrible half the time it doesn't even work. I'm about to go to satellite dish instead of Xfinity. I've been with Xfinity for like 10 or 15 years and it's always been trash. But there's not a whole lot else out there unfortunately

I couldn’t be happier with Dion’s professionalism and communication style! He sorted things out in a calm, respectful manner. Highly recommend Dion!

The young man that waited on me, an Xfinity official employee refused to take my cash payment. I showed him verification from Xfinity's dashboard showing the amount due. He informed me that I needed a debit card or a credit card to make a payment. As Xfinity mobile don't take cash payments. I reviewed the Xfinity website it stated that Xfinity accepts all forms of payment. Yet the young man refused my cash payment.
