I switched from a different location and needed to get set back up with wifi in Tacoma over the Summer. A Rep helped me (unfortunately don't recall his name, although he was male, caucasian, and had dark blonde hair) and I got setup super quickly and easily. I also got a better wifi router rental out of the deal, so can't complain.

- CBChelsea BagwellNov 17, 20251.0I spent all day yesterday on the phone with xfinity getting switched from my parents phone plan to a new phone plan with my husband. I went in to 3 separate xfinity stores over the course of the entire day trying to upgrade my new phone plan with my husband to the newest iPhones. I was told yesterday night to come in today in the morning because it wasn’t in the system yet. Now, today, after wasting so much time, I got told I couldn’t upgrade at all because I wasn’t a new customer anymore. After one day of being an xfinity “customer” and being told to come back the next day. My issue with this specific location is how rude and sexist the guy I dealt with today was. He had no problem interacting with my husband, but being kind to me was like pulling teeth apparently. I lost several hours I’ll never get back and I still don’t have a new phone… and I’m on a plan I didn’t want!!!. Xfinity made it clear they don’t want my business I guess!!
