- MDMikael DelgadoDec 28, 20251.0Do NOT go to this location. This business and its employees are a third-party entity not directly employed by Xfinity. I had such an unpleasant experience here, I felt compelled to share. I went in wanting to set up a new account with their new promo of $50 per month for 1 GB speed. The guy working there said that in order to get that promo price I had to also open a cell phone line and move over my number, otherwise the price would be $100 a month and there was a $25 activation fee. Both of which are completely false. You can get the promo price without opening a cell line. The guy was confusing, mumbled his words, talked in circles and was downright shady. He could not answer any of my questions with a straight up answer. I felt like I was speaking to a used car salesman. I just said no thank you, and ran out of there. I drove up to the north location on Division and had a completely opposite experience. I was able to get my new internet set up, for the price and speed I wanted without being up charged and without opening a new cell line. This location on the south hill will straight up lie to your face and try to steal your hard earned money. Please spend the extra 10 minutes and drive to the Division location.

Don't ever go to the store on 2525 e.29 th horrible 😫 😤 went up to the store on north division. They were very helpful. When we left that store we knew what was going on. With our cable.
- AKA KSep 26, 20251.0Charging me $70 for 300mnps where they advertise 1 gig for 50. Upgraded with many confusing add ons. What I thought would be a 15 minute fix ended in 1 hr of exhaustion, upgrading and still the same issues.

- BBBryanSep 13, 20251.0I would give 0 if I could. Moved to new spot got an apt to get it installed a month and half later I call them when its due date for instilation and now I get told another month. Don't worry I'll go with someone else if u want ur equipment it will be in my trash.
