- WZWilliam ZauggNov 6, 20251.0PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! They are a third party company and not actually related to xfinity. I went there to help with some service they made an absolute mess of my account and I'm currently around 15 hours not even exaggerating in the actual Xfinity store on division to undo all the BS they have done. They charged me a bunch of stuff they added a bunch of stuff to my account they screwed up my account and they credited off so you won't see it until after they get their commission. Please do not go to them. They are awful. They literally have a file of fraudulent accounting done from here. Don't put yourself through the castle. Go see the real store on division

Don't ever go to the store on 2525 e.29 th horrible 😫 😤 went up to the store on north division. They were very helpful. When we left that store we knew what was going on. With our cable.

- BBBryanSep 13, 20251.0I would give 0 if I could. Moved to new spot got an apt to get it installed a month and half later I call them when its due date for instilation and now I get told another month. Don't worry I'll go with someone else if u want ur equipment it will be in my trash.
