    I wish I could write an honest review about this store but Google likes to take reviews down when they are not pretty. By far the worst experience in customer service I have ever received in life. I was literally treated like a dog and kicked out of the store. All over "not having the tools to transfer a line". For a corporate or headquarters store is that not what you specialize in? Funny when you meet a company that makes you want to terminate Your Service as you've had for 10 years. Gladly.

    Ruby at Xfinity was fantastic to work with when we switched carriers. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and never once tried to upsell us—just focused on finding the best options for our needs. Thanks to her, we’re saving $150+ per month with new customer deals. We canceled cable, kept our internet, upgraded to two new iPhones and an Apple Watch, and our monthly bill is still significantly lower than what we were paying with Verizon. Ruby was also very patient and thorough while helping us transfer everything from our old phones to the new ones. Overall, we’re extremely happy with Xfinity’s pricing and customer service, and Ruby made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

    Cannot visit the Xfinity store. Every time I Call Xfinity and finally get to a human, #1 cannot make anyone understand me, so they transfer me around. I called because I need a new remote. . . . the helper made notes, asked questions and said I would get one. A MONTH later no remote. I asked for a tracking number in case I had a problem. . . nope. Xfinity is not a user friendly company, there is no follow thru with CUSTOMER SERVICE, there is no service. The thing I heard mostly during my phone conversation is "Thank You"....... BUT I cannot say Thank You for your help, Very sad.

    I had to run into the N. Division store exchange my broken gateway last weekend. The lot was packed so I was ready for a bit of a wait. When I walked in the store I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed an exchange. I was shocked and had to double check that I hadn't cut in front of anyone. The store was busy but everyone was being helped. The gentleman and lady at the front desk had me walking out, new gateway in hand, so quickly I forgot to ask their names! Thanks for the efficient and friendly service!

    Absolutely awful recent experience in-store, trying to do device trade-in for upgraded devices. I went in already knowing the exact 2 phones we wanted and made this clear before anything else was discussed, as well as the hope of lowering our bill each month, even a small amount. The associate that helped us told me that one of the phones wasn't available and tried to sell me a much more expensive one. Only to find out later, I could get it online and this was never mentioned to me. Almost went through with purchasing both devices, until I realized she had only given a total so far for the cheaper phone. Already more than expected and I made that obvious when I heard the total, perfect opportunity to explain that I may not be open to purchasing both at this time. The worst part is that I was charged $106 when I was told it would be around $73, only because I saw this in my account after leaving the store. Never had something like this happen at any company before and couldn't believe the lack of explanation/transparency. She seemed flustered for most of the transaction and I had to keep reminding her of things I said or wanted, which just made the process drag on about 2 hours, despite not even doing the activation or anything in-store. All of this eventually led to me voicing my frustration about the high cost and lack of value for the "premium" price we pay monthly for services. This prompted the manager to finally step in and she kindly offered $100 credit to be applied to our account, for the inconvenience and high costs. But of course, this never actually happened. Even after going in a second time, the next weekend and requesting the credit be applied now, with another promise that I'd see it "tomorrow" on my bill. It's been weeks now with no credit, half a dozen attempts to reach out to Xfinity online for assistance and HOURS of wasted time. Btw, I ordered the 2nd phone I wanted online with no issues whatsoever, and was able to read and understand the costs involved much better than the employees attempted to explain it. Having been in sales positions, I am just so shocked and irritated by the nightmare this has become. I will never go in store for anything I need from Xfinity again, besides canceling my service at this point. Please train your employees properly and stop lying to people
