- CJCheryl JOct 20, 20251.0My hot spot has never worked outside the Verizon store, I can't get a human to answer when you call for customer service. I went in over a month ago to have the hot spot removed from my account and it never happened. . .so I'm now I'm paying for a hot spot for months that has never worked. It's bad when the hot spot on your phone is better than the one you have a whole separate device for. Every time I came in they would just give me a new sim card (that went on for months) and clearly didn't fix the problem. It wasn't worth the 1% better coverage I had. At least T mobile has great international service and free wifi on flights. My bill with verizon would fluctuate wildly for no reason too.
