  3 years ago we needed satellite TV service in our new home which is off the grid. Staff here was great setting us up with DISH TV. But we drove by the office a few days ago and it appears to be empty. Where is the new office located?

  Prompt appt. Louis did installation. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by both Sean & Louis. I am not tech smart and Louis schooled me with smiles and valuable knowledge. I had issues and called Louis after hours. He diagnosed issue and led me through fixing. I have dealt with Choice Marketing since its inception years ago. Never been disappointed Choice Marketing is my first choice and go to. You will not be glad you did‼️

  Sent a tech out to set up Directv and told us we had a line of site. We did not have a line of site according to Directv professional tech. I called Choice to ask for a refund. They would not refund our set up fee. Co owner argued with me for a half hour. Not a great experience at all.

  They don't care for the neighborhood they serve, they don't clear sidewalks for the disabled, their building alarm goes off multiple times a day and when you call them about it they say why didn't you call the cops, and I say I did, the cops don't do anything, their alarm system sucks. They rent heavy equipment to landscape their property and they operate it from 6pm to 4am, keeping our sick 2 year old awake all night, three days straight, and I called the cops three nights in a row, the cops don't have time to enforce the city noise ordinance. They need to fix their alarm and care for the neighborhood they serve.
