- HDHailey Dier2 days ago1.0went today to upgrade my phone as i’ve been eligible for a while now. i could have bought it online and had it shipped to me, which makes this make even less sense. when i went in i was turned away because i needed my ID. that was my bad since i had left it in my other bag. so i did a 30min drive home and a 30 min drive back. well, when i got back they let me know i am unable to upgrade my phone if i no longer have a internet plan with them. i originally did years ago but had to get internet elsewhere when we moved and their service was not offered at our new address. so make this make sense. you cant provide me a service forcing me to get services elsewhere but will continue to allow me to have a phone plan with you. but when im told im eligible for an upgrade, im actually not because……???? and what would have happened if i did just order my upgrade online?? i got all the way to the checkout page. this seems like very flawed system. anyways. they lost a customer

If you can get service from anyone else, do yourself a favor and avoid Xfinity/Comcast like the plague it is. With a lobby full of people waiting, 2 of the 4 employees went to lunch, leaving one person checking people in and only one person actually serving customers.
