  Do you want to wait an hour just to talk to a person who might not be able to help you anyway? If so, this is the store for you. If you can get service from anyone else, do yourself a favor and avoid Xfinity/Comcast like the plague it is. With a lobby full of people waiting, 2 of the 4 employees went to lunch, leaving one person checking people in and only one person actually serving customers.

  I was greeted upon entering the store and was assisted shortly after it wasn't as busy at the time of day I went and the service was speedy.

  If you are thinking about using them for business, run! I would never recommend them for any sort of business. There are many better options out there for you to use other than Comcast/xfinity. Seriously, don't choose them, you will be burned in the end.

  I’ve been with the Xfinity company for many years now, and have finally taken the time to read all of the one star reviews. Today I got a taste of what people were talking about. The customer service rep that “helped” me, and I use that term very loosely, did not even look up to look me in the eye. Xfinity had mailed me a replacement router and I was ready to return the old router to the store. This rep, an overweight, short haired, wearing glasses, female, told me that the wait for service was at 2 1/2 hours. I tried to explain that I was merely delivering the router, a routine practice for many Internet companies when they switch routers. She informed me that they would need to check me in to confirm my identity and that the wait time was 2 1/2 hours. They went on to tell me “if that doesn’t agree with you, you can ship it back via UPS”. I just left.

  Went in to get some information and ended up being helped by a guy with red hair and a red beard — I believe his name is Derek. If you’re looking for customer service, I’d avoid him; he seemed more focused on selling new products than actually helping. If JC is still there, I definitely recommend asking for him instead — he’s much more helpful. The manager (tall, thinner gentleman) was also great, very professional and accommodating.
