"OK HOW?" "Just come on in, we'll see you in... about... an hour and a half." Then you ask for a large device for an old lady and the rep sells you something expensive with tiny font that can't be changed. ZERO product knowledge. Terrible.

Come to find out that I am unable to exchange the defective charge cord because it was purchased from a franchise, operating under Verizons business name. Per statement of Verizon representative Joseph. Verizon lack of care to their customers, to the point that they want me to travel back to Bellingham where, THEIR name is advertised under a franchise tovreturn a defective product purchased from a Verizon store. Unknowingly, unable to return said item, and not informed that there is a difference between the store that I purchased this.

Made eye contact with two employees and both of them instantly went to the back room an d stayed there. Wasted probably five minutes of just standing there only to be ignored. The store only had one other customer in there. 4:15 pm 4ā2-2025. Switched over to Verizon at the same location last summer had a great experience switching over then, they must be under new management.
