- JJJerry2 days ago1.0Went in because of issues creating an account online and felt good about customer service helping me in person to close the account I made online and open a new one together adding everything I wanted. Foolish me! Of course the first account was not closed and I would be charged for duplicate services. And of course when I called phone support they told me in store support would be able to resolve this duplicate issue. And of course they didn't have a script ready when I told them in store support created the issue. And of course they acknowledged the duplicate charge/accounts but didn't want to give a full refund. And of course they did when I reminded them money talks and I'd take my business elsewhere. As "human" as the customer support is in this store, they're still Xfinity bots.
