Not only did I get a FAST answer, I am getting more data for LESS money AND got the replacement phone ordered with trade-in. All of this is under 30 minutes. I don’t know why I even try the online, chat or phone support anymore. Run, don’t walk into the store and save money, time and sanity. Thank you Derrick!!!!!
