Well, I'm certainly not a shitty person, but I can't stand this twice. This branch has at least two employees who I contacted to solve my problem. Both of them couldn't handle it, thereby wasting my time. 1. Situation: the guy couldn't give me a statement for the last month when I came and explained the whole situation to him, what I did and how I tried to get it myself. In the end, he did the same thing in front of me and nothing worked. Looking at him, I thought that apparently I was the dumber of the two of us. In the end, I left and got nothing but this eternal "sorry." 2. Situation number two: I just came to change my address to another one and the girl can't help me. Guys, it's easy to change the address from one to another. And then she shows me that I have to pay $80 for the address change, saying it's a one-time promotion. Why the hell do they hire people who don't know this job?! Once again, I am convinced that the people working here have no knowledge of this work and, even more so, no knowledge of how to work with clients.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This store is a complete joke. Daniel, one of the reps, tried to scam me into adding a mobile line to my internet plan - seemingly as payback for asking to speak with his manager earlier in the day. He was rude, condescending, and dismissive throughout the interaction, and one of the least competent employees I’ve ever dealt with.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had a negative experience here. This store badly needs retraining and oversight. Xfinity should be embarrassed to have its name on the door.

The 10 is for the for the customer service I was provided on the several occasions I was there. I received excellent kind knowledgeable and patient service from Jovi, Paulino and Mason.

On previous visits to this location I have had very good customer care. That changed on my most recent visit to this location. When reviewing the account for a possible upgrade I was told that Xfinity offers a BYOD additional line offer. The customer service representative indicated that any device would do. I brought in a Samsung tablet which is specifically for the Verizon network, the same one that Xfinity uses. The customer service agent attempted to make it connect after informing me that Samsung tablets wouldn't work. Something she failed to mention on the previous visit. After attempting again she indicated that it was not possible although the Xfinity system indicated that it was an acceptable product. She then became very defensive and elicited a combative attitude stating that she had clearly indicated that it would only be iPads. That is categorically inaccurate and having reviewed the notes that she wrote down on Xfinity stationary during the previous visit nowhere does it indicate that it's only iPads. All told a very frustrating and off-putting experience. If there was an alternate internet vendor I would consider leaving Xfinity.

Im on my daughters family plan and went with her to change her plans from another carrier. I dont remember the gal who helped us but she did and it was a rather complex multi lines and my daughter works for Comcast so it all took awhile and the people there at this particular store were great. I came back a few weeks later and bought a replacement moto g pure, got a great deal, walked out in perfect harmony with my world!
