They’ve fooled me thrice… shame on me. Never again. Try to cancel online, they don’t let you. Try to call, there’s no one to call. Go to the store to cancel, they make you wait an hour. Seriously, don’t fall for it. Get T Mobile home internet instead.

Despite my neighbor, noticing the fix was different than the original, asked if the fix would disrupt service to anyone else, tech said no. The tech was wrong. After spending an hour with the Xfinity chat agent, being lied to about the reasons it wasn't working, being told to upgrade my plan, still having it be broken, they tried to schedule a technician for two days from now, to fix what they broke! I spent an hour on the phone with their customer service before being dumped back to the beginning by a supervisor! Incredibly poor customer, just absolutely rude. After talking to a new person and explaining the problem (yet again) they finally were able to schedule a repair for today, exactly what I had been asking for. It just took 2 hours, two supervisors and a lot of frustration to get them to fix the problem they created. Boo this company!
