I asked an employee and he said they're managers "helping" the main workers. They literally are just standing there trying to sell people more stuff. Why do you need a manager to help you the entire transaction that is inefficient and they are legit just standing and smiling 90% of the time I have watched them. They should be helping other customers and only have 1 manger to "help" other transactions. They also have a useless rotating front staff member. Get a freaking check in kiosk to free up another staff member for actually helping people. Changed from 1 to 3 stars because Gabe is a 10 star employee. The wait was still far to ridiculous and is a problem that must be addressed.

To pick up a modem took about 45 minutes, I was told I could call Comcast to have them ship, but their support line could not direct me to the right department or to a real person. This seems like a crazy long time to pick up a package. The staff are all good people though.

My name was taken, and I waited an hour and a half for it to be called. When it was finally called, I repeated what I said from the get go, only to be told that I had to apply for that program and internet service online. As a recipient of food and cash benefits - with the exception of this month from the government shutdown - my time is invaluable to me. It would’ve been cool if folks working there would be knowledgeable of their in-store offerings and told me that from the start so I didn’t have to waste almost two hours of my time.
