    They are the worst. Poor customer service, expensive and surprise fees. I’ll be looking for a different internet provider. Sick of Xfinity. One of their employees looked me up and down like I was some dirty thing after walking in and saying hello. They didn’t even respond. So rude every time you need help and treat you like an inconvenience.

    I can't get ahold of an actual person. I need to activate my Internet Gateway device, but it's requiring me to add the app to my mobile device to activate it. However, I don't have storage space on my phone to add the app, and there are no solutions provided to activate the Internet Gateway device without the mobile app.

    It shouldn't take an hour to pick up a router. The store already knows it is slow as it can possibly be and doesn't even care to fix the issue. I'm sure the company loses tens of thousands at this store alone because of terrible staffing. They don't even care about making money. Pathetic.The woman receptionist is just standing there. I have now been waiting for 2 hours. These people should be fired. now two employees are standing at the reception and one is at his desk with no one in line.

    Worst internet provider in the market Xfinity's internet service is so bad the connection is spotty and unstable. The customer service people are of absolutely no help and keep cancelling technician appointments. Even you manage to schedule a technician appointment, you'll get multiple calls from the "advanced technical support team" who'll offer to provide to a faster resolution but will just waste an hour of your day. Out of the weeks in a month, I haven't had service was 2 of those weeks (still don't have service) and they refuse to take any accountability. Go with other providers like astound
