The only thing I got is paying extra usd for adding a new line created but never used. What a joke! Recent times - one time to cancel xfinity mobile. i was told I'm all set. 2months later this week I found it's still charging me!! So I visited again，ok now it seems really cancelled but they cannot refund the two months cost and asked me to call a number. Today I called with 38mins spent and not resolved still yet.
