    I recently signed up for Xfinity Wi-Fi and went to this location to pick up my new router. I assumed I could just pick it up, but a representative told me I needed to line up and wait for assistance. That was fine. I only asked how long the wait might be because I had another appointment later. Instead of giving even a rough estimate, he just repeated, “I have no idea,” and when I asked whether I should come back after my appointment, he abruptly replied, “You know you can leave if you want?” It felt unnecessarily rude and hostile. This is actually the same guy I saw another reviewer, Bo Tang, take a picture of in their review. I decided to wait anyway, and another representative eventually helped me. Things were fine until he asked if I wanted him to activate the router. I declined because I mistakenly thought there was an extra fee for that and planned to do it myself at home. Instead of listening, he laughed and kept repeating that it would “only take 10 minutes,” even after I explained why I said no. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this location. The staff seemed dismissive and unwilling to listen to customers.

    I had gone there to collect the Modem + Wifi extenders for the new internet service which was order over the phone with customer service as part of the promotion. I was denied to provide the Wifi extenders event the customer service rep has spoken them on the phone. Thank you team for not able to get the issue addressed as expected.

    Ordered a new phone on 20ies of November , also told guys in the store it’s a present for my wife, so we don’t wanna got any delays, if need take more time but do it in time, they were ok and got the date delivery of 8th of December. Waited 1 month for phone and still don’t have it. Every week they lied about dates and today she gave me a wrong tracking address and finished call immediately when I wanted to ask why tracking number is not able to track. More of that when I called 3rd time today they said it will be 12th of January 2026. Total of around 2 month. Totally so pissed off and tired of that. Looks time to say goodbye to Xfinity.

    Guess who's paying for internet and not getting it? On my support call, they ask if i'd like to try their mobile network. Can't even do the one job i'm already paying them for. But hey, they can send someone to help almost a week later. Which is actually ideal, cuz i work from home. Personally, excited to move all my saturday plans to hang out with my best friends over at comcast

    I've had an account with this store for approximately 18 years. Both tv, internet and phone are from here. I've always had great service and the staff has been great. I bought an iPhone from the approximately 1.5 years ago. it was a switch from an android and as such i had lots of questions. Every time i went in the staff was great. Recently i had trouble accessing my email via my phone . some suggested changing the password on the phone but i wasn't able to, not a techie. So, i went into the Redmond store several days ago and was met by Jeff, assistant manager. I told him my problem and asked for someone to help. There were few if any customers, so staff was just standing idle. He says they don't handle phones. I explained I have an account there for many years and purchased the phone from them. He said and I quote, "Go to Best Buy". I was really pissed. He was rude and condescending. I've been in Law Enforcement for 35 years and have arrested better jerks than him. I'd like to complain to the manager but the only phone you get for Xfinity is a worthless 800 number. They give you prompts but nothing allowing you to complain about an employee. So should you visit the store, stay away from Jeff, the rest of staff are great
