    Less than smart manager with even more incompetent staff. The store only exists to sell you more products not to actually help you if you have an issue. Avoid them at all costs.

    Came in to return a router, Julius was incredibly helpful and explained the final process post-return clearly. When the time comes to use Xfinity again, I sincerely hope Julius or someone just as professional helps me.

    probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced in my life. the “representatives” are just hanging out on their phones and act incredibly annoyed when you ask them for anything. were absolutely useless and unwilling to help with anything or point me in the direction of someone who could help

    I want to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service I received from Julius during my recent visit. He was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful—everything you hope for when navigating tech or service questions. He made me feel supported and seen. Unfortunately, when he needed assistance from his manager, the experience took a sharp turn. Her approach was condescending and disrespectful—not just to me, but to Julius. She raised her voice, spoke to him in a belittling tone, and disrupted the calm, helpful environment he had created. Every time I tried to write something down that she said, she just kept speeding through her words, which made the interaction feel rushed and dismissive. After she left, I actually apologized to Julius on her behalf. He thanked me and quietly said, “That’s just how it is.” That sentence stuck with me. No one should have to accept being treated that way—especially not someone as kind and professional as Julius. I left the store feeling shaken and disappointed—not because of the service Julius provided, but because of the environment his manager created. I truly hope this feedback makes it to someone who can address it appropriately. Julius deserves better. So do your customers.
