- RGRosa GonzalezDec 27, 20251.0Horrible Customer service and I had walked into Mall xfinity to do a line transfer from T-Mobile to Xfinity.It turned out they did not transfer my line so now I have a bill of $95 at T mobile because of the transfer was not done correctly. I also tried speaking to the supervisor and she took a minute to Help me and came out with an Attitude then told me I was being Aggressive when I was trying to explain the situation.Then she turns around to one of her staff and asked them to help me since she has work to do. She also told me that she was not responding for the Tmobile Bill after it was there mistake l. Dont come to this xfinity it just a waste of Time.

If you shut all service’s off except internet they just jack your monthly bill right back up and even add too it, run as fast as you can, there are better services for a whole lot less!!!
