I was brought in quickly and started talking with Jax Lieu. Unfortunately even with all the help Jax gave me that day I wasn’t able to leave with our new phones. I was told I may have to wait up to 4-5 days to hear back if I’d be able to come back in and get the phones. Leaving feeling defeated although I understood I thanked Jax for his time and went about my day. Lo and behold his a few hour later Jax gave me a personal call to let me know I was all good to come in the following day and get our new phones. So on December 1st I returned under an appointment I set for myself with Jax. He was busy helping another costumer when I arrived bait that was completely fine. I sat and waited for my turn in the queue. Once he was ready for me he got right into helping understand the saving I could get when I go Pro (Premium) lol. I was able to save big by also trading in my old phone. I also ended up using a gold member discount on a new watch that ended that day. All in all Jax made my experience with Xfinity wonderful! He was great and made sure I left happy. He deserves a bump to management if you ask me! So thank you Xfinity! And thank you again Jax Lieu!
- MDMorgan DaughertyNov 16, 20251.0My review of this Xfinity is horrible I went in to see if I could lower my wifi bill because it was absolutely to high this Xfinity store refused to help me with promotions upon going to another Xfinity store I was able to not only lower my bill but also do auto pay which was another discount. I highly do not recommend this Xfinity store for any help. I was told there were no promotions and I found out that was a lie. My bill is now cut in half thank you to another store.
