I highly do not recommend this Xfinity store for any help. I was told there were no promotions and I found out that was a lie. My bill is now cut in half thank you to another store.

Can't justify paying $250 per month for nothing. Xfinity over charged for 22 months when we had a price lock back in 2023. Now they started charging us for streaming movies we purchased over a decade ago. Not only did they recharge us for one of the movies they also billed us a rental cost the same time. "It's not possible to rent a purchased movie on their cable box" We showed two customer service ladies. Neither gave a care. Neither did anything. Our last streaming movie wouldn't even stream properly. Both didn't give a care. Calling Xfinity billing department is a complete joke. They say it's fixed or they'll fix to get it resolved and call you back. Absolutely zero results. Their highest speed Internet plan is the equivalent of DSL speeds 15 years ago. Xfinity.. putting themselves out of business.

He was very informative about how to set up my modem, he was also patient with my many questions!! The customer service that Rickey provided was Outstanding!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Also I overheard another person working there assisting a very belligerent man… the Comcast employee was so nice and patient!! The man was being unreasonable as he didn’t have access to an account. I respect that Comcast employee for protecting the account holder. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This location provides outstanding customer service and support while protecting its customers!! I highly recommend this location for all Xfinity Comcast needs!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
