    I walked into a long line, but before i could begin to allow self to be impatient back up arrived out of a mystery door over to my left! It wasn't long before it was my turn. This team was in their A+ game today. Well managed, polite, courteous, professional..... i can go on & on about this team. Gave me faith about customer service again!!! Keep up the good work.

    Place is trash. Representatives are very respectful but don’t have adequate resources to assist customers in a timely manner such as enough computers to process exchanges, turn-ins, and modem transactions. Also, staff will lie to customers and tell everyone the wait is only 10 minutes yet I’ve waited 30 minutes prior to the new customers walking in.

    The only reason why I had to press on 1 star is so that I can leave a review. Mason shouldn't work for closing shift. Just because there's 20 mins left before closing doesn't mean rush your customer with helping transferring data from my old phone to the new one I purchased. He basically not only failed to complete the transfer of my data, he also deleted/wiped all my data in my old phone, without checking if all the data were successfully transferred to my new phone, before wiping everything out. Simply because they are about to close. He was so helpful and friendly trying to persuade me to trade in my old phone and get a new one and when I said yes to buying a new one, he pretty much didn't care afterwards. What mattered was that he was able to sell a new phone to a customer and basically screw the rest. Then when I came back the next day to try and at least explain and try to help me to figure out a way to recover my data from my old phone. Him and his manager Isabella, tells me they are not liable for what happened. When I asked for the corporate's number, Isabella told me, she can't give it to me. According to her, she is the manager and she is the one that I basically have to talk to and that's it. If you are reading this, Michael (store manager) and Mason (district manager), this is unacceptable. I would like to see and talk to you guys. If not, I will make sure I will get ahold of whoever I need to get ahold of (whoever are your superiors/corporate) and male sure to put a stop on how your employees conduct themselves, particularly Mason, Isabella, and another guy who, instead of being helpful to try and recover my data, treated me as if Im the one at fault and told me "to go to The Phone guys by Fred meyers and have them fix it." So that's how you treat a customer, especially after purchasing a new phone, with no regards or care of helping to do the right thing by transitioning my old phone's data to the new one, because you have 20 mins left before losing? Unprofessional and disrespectful! - Combat disabled Veteran
