    These guys are simply not good. Unprofessional, people were waiting while an employee just played on his phone. No one greeted us. Then I turned in my equipment and was later charged buy Xfinity because whoever was in charge of getting that information into the system did not do it. I had to then call Xfinity and get the billing cancelled. On the plus side after 1/2 hour on hold the Xfinity agent was actually helpful.

    This was the worst Xfinity store I have ever visited. Unprofessional employees and a weak manager who seems unable to resolve even basic issues. We came in to pick up a router because we had just moved into a new apartment. Our lease stated that we would be paying our apartment complex $60 for internet each month. This was our first time dealing with such an arrangement, so we didn’t know all the details. At the store, a young employee immediately offered to “help.” We explained that we simply needed a router and the most basic internet plan because we would already be paying $60 to our apartment complex. He said he understood and began setting everything up. When he told us the total would be $78, we asked why. Were we really expected to pay $60 to the apartment complex AND an additional $77 to Xfinity for basic internet? He said yes, that this is how it works — but added that he could “make it cheaper” if we enabled autopay and accepted two additional “free” mobile lines. We didn’t need mobile service at all — only internet. He insisted that without mobile lines our internet would cost $98, and he became irritated and unprofessional while trying to pressure us into adding services we never asked for. We tried to speak with the manager, but unfortunately she was too busy refusing to help an elderly gentleman whose HVAC had been damaged during an internet installation. Meanwhile, the other young employees stood aside smirking as their coworkers struggled to handle basic customer issues. I refused to give the employee my phone, so he couldn’t activate the “free” mobile service. Even so, he added extra features I never requested, including voicemail and other services. This turned into a complete waste of time and ruined our mood, as we later had to remove all the unnecessary features and switch back to paying for internet through our apartment complex. If you want to avoid frustration and actually receive the service you came for, I strongly recommend visiting a different Xfinity location and steering clear of this one. I hope Xfinity investigates this store and addresses why employees are misleading customers.

    Be aware of fraud and scam. I just found out that their sale clerk makes commission on all new order. My internet bill was $87 per month, so I went into the store trying to get the amount reduce. In stead of reducing the amount on my existing account, the clerk created a new account for $60 per month instead. When I first saw the new bill of $60, I thought everything was good. But then couple weeks later I saw another charged for $87 on my account. I called and told them that I don’t need two account for internet on the same address, so they finally process the cancellation request and can only refund the prorate and not the full $87. The second scam that they are running is automatically signing you up for free Xfinity mobile when you signed up for internet. When I got the notification that I have two Xfinity mobile line, I called right away to tell them that I didn’t authorized and don’t want the free mobile lines. One month later, I got a $55 bill for the activation fee for the mobile lines that i didn’t authorized.

    If I could give this company 0 stars, I would, the worst customer Service I have ever dealt with they lie about promotions and then don’t apply any thing then they direct you to customer service over the phone and good luck with that, turns into a nightmare really quick. I would stay as far away as possible from this company, 1 more thing, good luck getting a phone number directly to the store you bought the phone from. THEY DONT HAVE ANY. almost like they don’t want to you to reach them.

    Fraud charges and you will spend hours on call try to get the sorted without any action. Store people are nice only until they sell you l, after that they will just say we can’t help you
