I’ve spent the past nine months trying to correct an error on the account. The customer service phone center guided me to visit a store to correct the issue - acknowledging that the issue was caused by Xfinity employee errors. The store manager and associate confirmed that the Xfinity representatives that have serviced the account made a series of mistakes in judgment and the store manager acknowledged that as the customer, I should not have to own the accountability. He then immediately dismissed any consideration of how he might alleviate the problem instead asking “what do you want me to do here?” Unwilling to even make eye contact, he sarcastically suggested that I contact Xfinity’s legal department. He would prefer that I pursue legal action against Xfinity AND disconnect the 15-year account - as opposed to investing any effort in demonstrating genuine customer care.

I came in today about a basic bill question and waited for 40 min with no hope in site to be helped. On top of that, an employee named Shawn rolled in all casual wondering around the store instead of also helping the large crowd of people waiting. You guys need to get your store back up to a better standard of customer service. Read the room! You have people with lives that can’t stand around for 40-60 min! *Update - They finally texted my phone to see me at 1:14 PM which meant I would have been waiting there in the store for more than an hour. If I wanted a terrible wait like that, I would have just sat on the phone.
