He said he had no idea and for me to take a picture of it and bring it in. Well I just googled it and Verizon explained this was why: you may wish to educate your employees. Plus encourage them to be polite and helpful to customers. An arrow icon on an iPhone usually indicates that an app is using or has recently used your location.
