Nor try to help me understand why not using the mobile service for 2 months while I waited on the transfer from the old service excluded me from the year of free mobile service offered. Nor did she explain why I wasn't informed about the withdrawn promotion so I could cancel the service under these new circumstances. I'm very disappointed. I guess it's hard to find a solution when you need a smoke break. Addiction is hard. I'm looking for a new service provider.
