I was trying to trade in my phone and get a new phone but he was very rude and did not explain the process or about pricing or even offered any deals. All he did was to ask me to put in my social information and when I asked about it he didn’t explain and walked away to joke around with the manager. My wife and I decided to give him one more chance but his behavior continued!

He had a great sense of humor that kept the process light and fun. We had issues with a new phone being delivered to the wrong address but Steven was very helpful and did everything he could to make sure we had what we needed. I definitely recommend him to anyone who comes in here.

He directed me to bring them to this office by 6pm. When I didnt, my account started getting multiple charges. I called X finity. And explained. They acknowledged there is a target gift card scam. I explained that they demanded I bring them directly to this office by 6pm. So it obviously had internal involvement. Then the multiple charges to my account. They initially acted like they were helping. Had me turn off auto pay. And change my password. But because the employee got my bank information, I also had to close out that checking account. It was never fully resolved. I left. And they still charged me extra. Stay away from this shop and X finity if you dont want your money stolen.
