    Quick, friendly, and attentive staff. Appreciated how easy it was to get a new box. In and out! But Comcast itself? Heaven forbid you need technical help. Their AI online chat is awful and their AI telephone system is even worse! Finally got a person and it wasn't much better - never got resolved. Then I googled the problem and had it fixed in three minutes. Just Google your problem - I guarantee I you aren't the only with Xfinity problems 😂

    I spent hours that spanned multiple day talking to an AI robot that didn’t address or fix my issue. After becoming so frustrated that I was completely done with Xfinity, I decided to return my equipment in person. When I arrived at the store, I was initially overwhelmed by the number of agents present, and not one acknowledged me at first. Realistically, I was only standing there for about 10 seconds before Sabrina greeted me professionally and politely. Before speaking with her, I expressed my frustration and apologized in advance if I came across as crass. Sabrina, being the mature professional she is, simply said, “I understand, let’s see what’s going on.” Within five minutes, I was out the door with my equipment working perfectly and customer satisfaction on my face. In a world run by greedy corporations that rely on AI as a cheap substitute for real human service(s), I was thoroughly impressed with Sabrina as both an agent of Xfinity and a representative of that store. My issue is with Xfinity as a company, not with the professionalism of the people they employ. I wish more customers experienced the kind of service Sabrina provided.

    If I could give zero stars I would. The internet is absolutely horrid. Constant lag. The lowest plan as of now is $120.. It's a complete rip off. Highly recommend any military going through your phone service for internet. Not worth it! Not to mention we recently noticed our internet was running more slow than normal. Went in to the store to find out they no longer provide the speed we were paying for.. The company didnt reach out to customers to let them know. We get the new modem, only for the upgraded "faster" version to be equally as bad. I will be switching as soon as I can.

    I was treated poorly in your store today. I was the only person in there and I had an appointment. The lady “helping” me could not have cared less that I was happy with my service and wanted to renew my plan. I feel that I was polite toward her and asked reasonable questions regarding my plan and its future renewal; I feel her responses to my questions were passive aggressive but delivered in a sweet-sounding tone, making them inflammatory. I don’t feel that I was anything but respectful toward her or that my questions were unreasonable, but I feel that she treated me like an inconvenience in her day and as if I should have known the answers to the questions I was asking. I know we all have bad days and that nobody is perfect but I feel the customer service in this store, at least hers, needs to improve.

    Walked in to inquire about internet Now. Being it's prepaid and agents don't make any money of of it, they tried to tell me they didn't sell it. I pointed to all the boxes of Now internet sitting on the shelf with a $30 price tag and stated "Oh, you don't sell it here but you have it sitting on the shelves right there?" One of the lazy salesman on his phone says, "those are displays". You could clearly see they were sealed boxes of the prepaid service. I laughed out loud and walked out of the store. Xfinity clearly sells them, their lazy salesmen just don't want to sell you something that they can't make anything off of.... clearly understood!!! Crappy customer service, crappy salesman.... don't waste your time at that store! I'd give 0 or negative stars if I could. Do better Xfinity
