Gia signed me up on a supposedly free mobile phone service when I opened up a new internet service for my new address. I asked on multiple occasions if there will be any charges or fees related to the mobile phone line. Weeks later, an activation charge of $26.67 for the mobile phone service shows up on my Xfinity app. I call customer service and I was advised to settle it with the store where I opened the account. I go to the store, Gia was off that day but I spoke with a man name Arsh. He advised that the the activation charge is part of the package/plan. I advised it was never mentioned when I opened my new account and I would like to see the copy of documents I signed that allowed them to charge me. He said that's up to me to look it up in my account and couldn't help me on it. Arsh also said I could not cancel the mobile sevice until I finish the 5 year guaranteed pricing that I signed up for. This is supposed to be a no contract, no obligation account. Do not open account at this stores. The people here are either deceitful (liars) or unwilling to help you. Absolutely do NOT recommend this store.

- GGGabriel GuzmanAug 8, 20251.0I wish I could leave 0 stars this place is seriously corrupt and treats low income individuals like a burden to society and seems to have a personal vendetta to make sure we have no access to ANY WIFI, PHONE, OR ANY OTHER INTERNET/TECHNICAL NECESSITY FOR SURVIVAL. I HAVE BEEN TALKED DOWN TO, DISCRIMINATED, HARRASSED, LAUGHED AT, VERBALLY ASSAULTED AND NOW PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED BY employees, representative, AND THEIR SUPERVISORS, over the phone AND IN PERSON!!! I have paid multiple times to multiple accounts, and am still refused service, without so much as a reason or a snide comment as to why or what could be the reason. :'(
