    Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Xfinity’s customer support and staff have been nothing but unhelpful, unprofessional, and misleading. Every time I reached out for assistance, instead of solving the issue, they gave confusing answers, kept transferring me from one agent to another, and wasted my time. It honestly feels like they make people fool with false promises, hidden charges, and zero accountability. Their staff either doesn’t know what they’re doing or simply doesn’t care. Issues that should take minutes end up taking days or weeks, and they still don’t fix anything. I would never recommend Xfinity to anyone. If you have other options, stay away from this company. Terrible service, terrible staff, and a complete lack of respect for customers

    I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service and misinformation provided by your employees. On August 20, our internet service was disrupted due to a fire in a neighboring apartment. We visited your Xfinity store, where we were assured that a technician would resolve the issue. The first technician who arrived had no idea how to fix the problem, repeatedly went outside to make phone calls, and ultimately stated that he could not do anything. After our second request for assistance, another technician was sent. He informed us that the issue would be resolved within two weeks. No repairs were done. After a third visit to your store, yet another technician was dispatched. This technician finally ran an additional cable and restored our service. However, the most concerning issue is the misinformation provided by your store employee during our first visit. When we asked to temporarily suspend our service during the outage, we were told that once the internet was restored, we would receive a full refund for the entire period we were without service. When we contacted Xfinity Customer Support, we were informed that no refund could be issued because the outage was not Xfinity’s responsibility and therefore such compensation is not covered under your policy. This is unacceptable. We paid for three months of service we did not have, and the refund you offered does not cover even half of our monthly bill. I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service, the lack of accountability, and the misleading information provided by your employees. I am requesting a review of our case and a fair resolution.
