This is just a sales front contractor for Xfinity and they will say whatever they need to attempt to upsell you. I went to pick up my modem for a contract I signed up for online and was told at the store I HAD to agree to Xfinity mobile to receive the promotional discount on internet services. It was "free" and came with all internet service bundles but come to find out I was about to get hit with additional fees for the mobile service. I reached out to the Comcast support line and confirmed the mobile offer had nothing to do with my guaranteed rate. AVOID THIS STORE.

Kid said he canceled our account, wasn’t. Said he was going to send new equipment to our new place, never showed up. Said we had an appointment, never got confirmation of that. Bro has got to go.
