I said from the beginning I wanted to trade in the phones for new phones, I am a new xfinity mobile customer (two of which were iphone 15 and iphone 16 plus pro.) Half way through, whoops, you aren’t eligible because of the way it was written up, all of sudden we aren’t new customers, and they can’t change it. Theoretically, in 2 months we can trade in our phones… and this took over two hours (partly because I said, “i am not calling customer service to fix mistakes you guys made—you need to fix this.”) I have never spent this much time trying to get a cell phone (BUT, it is the first time I tried to get four phones, but I have tried getting two phones before—and that WAS smoother). Hopefully, promises will be true, but I am skeptical. I also got charged an extra activation fee charged to e because of the mistake I had to wait to have fixed. Took another hour of xfinity chat to fix that. Make them fix their mistakes and review your receipts before you leave.
