    I’ve had Xfinity for several years now without any issues. I went here to upgrade my phone in Oct and have had non stop issues since. I have now paid them over a thousand dollars because the man who helped us, Scott, added things to my bill changed my account around, and now my husband and I both can not access our account. Calling customer service is pointless. I’ve spent at least 8-10 hours in the store total trying to get the issue resolved. I have stuff on my account I’m now stuck paying for despite them being added without my consent and they charged me another $400 for my old phone which was already sent back. $100 for internet I’ve never touched or used because we have internet already on a separate account. It’s just been a nightmare. The manager said he helped me figure it out and he did not. I’ve still had to spend literal hours on the phone with customer service for them to tell me to go back and talk to the manager, I think Brian but don’t quote me on that. Which why would I when I never got help and they placate you long enough to get out then don’t respond after that. It’s just a nightmare. Go to ANY other location than this one because they will cost you money then tell you oh well it’s not fixable. Despicable. I’d like to say much worse but I’ll keep it at that for now. Just trust the reviews and don’t waste your time and money going here. Upper management needs to be looking into this store. As someone who managed a store for almost ten years, I know this is not how it should be.

    My father and I have been on the same phone plan for over 10 years. Are monthly bill is $65 and always has been. My father recently had trouble making and receiving calls. We went into this Xfinity store and was helped by Albert. Very friendly and sociable guy. He determined the issue was a faulty sim card. He replaced it and my fathers phone began working again. During our visit there, Albert asked us if we wanted a new Samsung A11 tablet and Samsung 8 smartwatch. He told us the only fee would be paying the sales tax on these items. We asked him if that was the only fee associated with buying and using these on our account. He said yes. My father and I each got a tablet and I got a smartwatch as well. I paid the ~$100 in sales tax and went along our way. We set up our new devices and were enjoying them for several weeks. Then I received an email about my upcoming Xfinity bill and upon checking, it said I owed $235. I went back into the same store and tried to see Albert again to ask him what is going on but he was not there that day. Another employee helped me. Upon checking my account, he said there was three one time activation fees of $50 each to setup the devices. On top of that, he said each of these three devices we purchased adds another $20 per device per month to our monthly bill! Albert NEVER said anything to us about our monthly bill increasing by purchasing these three devices or that there was one time activation fees. All he said was we had to pay the taxes on the value of the items. My father and I both feel we were baited and switched. Luckily, I made quite the fuss and they agreed to take back all three devices and not charge us a restocking fee. Cannot say we were too impressed by the lack transparency in acquiring these devices and what it meant for our monthly bill going forward.

    I very rarely write bad reviews, but I cannot let this one go because time and time again Xfinity mobile has failed me. The company was generally fine and i had been relatively happy with cable and internet for years. But my whole experience changed when I was convinced to switch my mobile service from Verizon to Xfinity with a bunch of incentives. Between having to reiterate the details with every person I talk to, always being turfed to another number and long hold times, Ive already wasted HOURS trying to track down their incentives they promised. All I can say is, Xfinity mobile is terrible...broken promises, hassle of trying to reach someone who can actually help you, and the actual cell service is worse. I have talked to other reliable sources that have also had the same experience. I will be canceling all my services with Xfinity, including my business service, as soon as I get a chance. Save yourself the trouble and dont be persuaded by their "good deals", because if something goes wrong you are in for one giant, time-sucking headache.

    Brought a cable box back- had to check in- after 10 minutes in line another person comes in to drop off cable box- had to check in and at THAT point they said it would be up to 1/2 hour to return equipment. What a joke
