But he exaggerated to my partner and then forgot to give me the cable for my WiFi so I just had to take a taxi both ways to make it back in time to teach from home. You have one job! Right? (Or a few) but I can’t believe the WiFi only needs two things: a router and a cable. And then you forgot to give me the cable. Idk anything about WiFi but it’s so frustrating going to plug this in and realize we don’t have this cable. It’s literally your job to double check and provide this stuff. Right? Idk. So frustrating and a huge waste of my money. This mistake of his literally just cost me $50.

- DODebra ONov 6, 20251.0As a 20+ year Xfinity customer, I recently had a concerning experience at the Edmonds location. While returning equipment, a sales representative offered to save me $80 monthly by switching to a new customer account (which is an issue by itself, new customers get much better prices than existing customers). While the savings sounded great, I now suspect the agent was more focused on meeting sales targets than providing good customer service. Unfortunately, this switch has led to several problems. I've needed to contact customer service three times and still haven't resolved all the issues. The biggest problem was that my old account wasn't properly canceled, resulting in double billing for the first month. I was also unexpectedly signed up for and billed for mobile services I never requested. When visiting the Lynnwood location for help, their staff mentioned they've heard similar complaints about service at the Edmonds branch. I'd recommend being cautious if you're offered deals at this location, make sure everything is documented and clear before agreeing to any changes.
