They said it would not be possible; then I asked what if I cancelled the plan and created a new account for the 5-year plan. They again told me that it would not be possible and implied that I'm a fraud (Yes, they used that word!)

My daughter needed to replace her phone, and I added her as an administrator on my account so she could handle it herself. Despite this, she spent a long time in the store and on the phone, and still no one could help her get it set up. Even after I confirmed her administrator status and provided all the information, we got nowhere. The lack of communication and support has been terrible — extremely disappointing service from a company that should do much better.

He Dialed her in with her new email and we didn't have to buy another phone. Very Cool. He almost deserves an award for putting up with me. That is A very good xfinity store. Thanx Jason.
